The SHRPA methodology
Building life-changing habits requires a constant Study-Plan-Act-Reflect loop.
Habits require an intensive shift in perspective. To conquer a mountain one must mentally prepare. In week 1 you will learn how to personally investigate what you really want in life. Clarity is essential.
Habits need consistency. Every mountain has an ideal route to the summit. In week 2 you will learn how to manage your time to seamlessly integrate new habits into your schedule.
Habits are nothing without taking action. Climbing a mountain takes one step at a time. In week 3 you will learn to shift your focus from 'end results' to 'daily actions.'
Habits thrive with community. No mountain climber ever succeeds without a team to support them. In week 4 you will learn how to reflect and receive feedback from others.

How does SHRPA work?
Psychology suggests we struggle to hit our goals for a multitude of reasons such as:

Do I need to know what goals I want to accomplish before joining?
Not necessarily, but it's a good idea to know what domain in your life you'd like to focus on. For example, are you looking to improve on your physical fitness, or find fulfillment in your career, or create something of value?
SHRPA is structured so that you can join even before understanding your 'mountain' or goal you'd like to achieve. Don't worry, you aren't alone if you are still figuring things out.
When do the Xpeditions take place?
Xpeditions begin on the first day of the month. Our next Xpedition launches on May 1st!
You say you'll help me accomplish any goal. Is that true or are there things you won't do?
Since we are getting nitty-gritty here, yes there are a few things we won't do:
-Starting/ending a romantic relationship
-Anything morally questionable
-Anything to do with politics
-Getting accepted to Hogwarts
What if I'm not satisfied with my progress after my Xpedition?

What's with all the funny spelling?
By now you probably caught onto our fun way of spelling words such as Shrpa, Climbr, and Xpedition. We are serious about helping you better your life by hitting your goals, but we also want to have fun doing it.
What if the membership pricing goes up?
The membership price you sign up for will carry over for the life of your membership with SHRPA. Even in the case of membership price increases, you will still continue to pay what you originally signed up for.
